Free standard shipping within the United States
We currently ship US-site orders to addresses within the United States, with free standard shipping. Orders are fulfilled by our US partner warehouses. Processing takes 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday; transit usually takes 3–5 business days, for an estimated total of 4–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Track your parcel
A dispatch email will include tracking information once your parcel ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel. If you cannot find your confirmation, check your junk folder or email support@moreximi.com.
Address changes, delays & missing parcels
Please check your delivery details before payment. Contact us as soon as possible about an incorrect address, a damaged parcel or a delivery that has not arrived. Weather, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect estimates. We will help investigate with the delivery partner.
