1. Where We Ship
Currently, we exclusively ship to the United States. We partner with reliable domestic carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Applicable state sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with US tax laws.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Because we believe every kid deserves better companionship, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged Items: If your AI bear arrives damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no movement for an extended period, or if it has been past 14 days and your package hasn't arrived, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement.
